October Favourites

A favourites post... I know, I know. But looking back on my previous posts and I noticed I haven't shared my favourites since the month of February! Other than all things autumn, (which of course you can 100% tell that I have been loving) here are things I have been loving, in case you are wondering...

Chris Brown's new album - Heartbreak on a Full Moon

Well, technically this favourite is cheating a little bit as the full album is released on the 31st of this month, but I just know that I am going to absolutely love it. Chris Brown has been one of my favourite artists for as long as I can remember and his new releases just get better, and better. 

I was lucky enough to see him in Dublin last year, whilst he was doing his 'One Hell of a Nite' tour. It was incredible. Something I was going to make my mission to do at some point, and it was just so much better than I could have ever imagined. I'm sure some of you can relate to seeing an artist live, who you have really wanted to see for the longest time  - it exceeds expectations. This album will for sure be played on repeat as of the 31st (sorry flatmates). 

Riverdale

Riverdale, amongst other TV favourites of mine, has returned to our screens this October. Only being a few episodes in, I'm so intrigued to see how the rest of the series plays out. If you've also been watching it, I'd love to know what you think is going to happen!

Laura Geller Baked Blush in Bora Bora 

This blush has been my new obsession. Within the colder months of the year, I tend to use darker eyeshadows on my eyes, meaning that I don't like to go in too much or heavy with the blusher, but I still want to add a little something onto my cheeks. This blush is exactly that. It gives the cheeks a gorgeous pink flush, without it being like 'whoa she's wearing a lot of blush'. It's super rosy looking without looking too much. I do have some other Laura Geller Baked Blushes, but this one stands out from the rest. 

Colin the Caterpillar Cakes

Another favourite this month has been the mini chocolate caterpillars from Marks and Spencer. Essentially, they are little mini rolls with a caterpillar face, like the big caterpillar birthday cakes that you can get from the majority of supermarkets. This month hasn't been the best and I picked these up in the hope to cheer me up a little. Little did I know, M&S also had Halloween Colin's - count Colin. Doesn't get much better than that.

20 Facts About Me

Ever since making my blog back in December, I haven't posted anything slightly personal. Therefore, I thought it would be a good idea to write a list of facts about myself so that you lot could get to know me a little better. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that I find writing about myself the most impossible thing to do, but I'm sure I'll get there. Number...

1 - I have three little freckles on my cheek that are in the shape of a triangle that have been there as long as I can remember. 

2 - My middle name is Atlanta because the year I was born the Olympics were in Atlanta, USA.

3 - Mostly, all of my clothes are black. 

4 - Finding Nemo is my all time favourite film. I turn into one of those annoying people who know the majority of the words when the film is put on...

5 - The one album that I will listen to on repeat is The 1975. 

6 - My favourite colour is blue.

7 - I have wanted a Pug for the longest time ever. The day I can finally say I have one, will be the best ever!

8 - Ever since coming home from University this summer, dairy doesn't seem to agree with me anymore. It's so sad because anyone who knows me well knows I have the biggest love for cheese :-(  However, I do feel so much better for dodging milk and cheese!
9 - I cannot go a day without listening to music at some point. Whatever I am doing, music will most likely be playing.
10 - If I was only allowed to use one beauty product for the rest of my life, it would be moisturiser.
11 - My favourite smell is the smell of bonfires!
12 - The places that I really want to visit one day are Santorini, Bali and Bora Bora.
13 - I love to go running or for walks, especially in the evenings.
14 - Autumn is by far my favourite time of the year. I cannot wait for cosy weather, orange leaves on the trees and pumpkins.
15 - I have such a large collection of fluffy socks that I couldn't be without. I just love fluffy socks haha!
16 - If I had to make a choice between chocolate and sweets, it would be chocolate every time.
17 -  I am in my third and final year of university.
18 - I'm an only child, but I have 4 half brothers, and 1 half sister.
19 - Tomatoes, peas, avocado, and pineapple are foods I cannot stand!
20 - From a young age, my Dad would take me along to car shows, and my favourite cars to look at were the Mitsubishi Evo's. I always said I'd have one when I'd pass my test...
